Terms and Conditions

Package

The Party duration will be 1 hour 30 minutes unless previously booked differently.

The Party will be Bus Only OR Bus/Food & Party Bags Dependent on the Party Specified.

Mileage will be included in the price for locations within 15 miles radius from where Kiddies Party Bus is based.

Mileage outside the 15 miles radius but within 20miles will be an extra standard charge of £25. Locations outside 20 miles will be priced individually.

A Birthday Cake is not provided.

Booking/Deposit

The Kiddies Party Bus will remain stationary for the duration of the party.

Upon booking the Kiddies Party Bus a £50 non-refundable deposit is required.

If a cancellation is made 14 days or fewer prior to the date of hire payment in full is required.

In the unlikely event that due to mechanical breakdown, adverse weather conditions or other uncontrollable circumstances where we are unable to fulfil the party any monies already paid will be refunded.

Payment

Payment can be taken by Cash and Cheques only but the cheque must be cleared in the account 2 days before the party date.

Full payment must be received 7 days prior to the date of the party.

Parking

It is the responsibility of the Party host to provide a parking space suitable and accessible for the Kiddies Party Bus for the duration of the allotted party booking.

Five parking spaces are required in a suitable safe parking space.

The Kiddies Party Bus will park on the same side of the road as your house.

If it is not possible for the bus to travel down the road, it is the Party hosts' responsibility to arrange an alternative location eg relatives' house, and the Party Hosts responsibility to request the necessary permission.

Supervision

At least 2 adults who are familiar to the children are required to represent the Party.

The 2 adults are responsible for the childrens safety and wellbeing.

Toilet Facilities are not provided and are the responsibility of the party hosts.

Additional supervision to assist children to the toilet is also required.

The Party host will be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle (internal/external) by any member/guest of their group.

Clothing

Shoes must be removed on entering the kiddies Party Bus.

Socks and Long sleeves must be worn.

Necklaces, Chains and any other jewellery should also be removed from party members before playing.

Behaviour

'Rules of Play' must be adhered to at all times.

Unacceptable, intimidating or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a child being asked to leave the Kiddies Party Bus early or in extreme cases the Kiddies Part Bus ending the Party before the allotted time.

No Chewing Gum, No pets, No Smoking on the Kiddies Party Bus at any time.

The Kiddies Party Bus does not accept responsibility for any loss, damage, inconvenience, injury or death arising from any accident, breakdown or delay attributing to reasons beyond the Kiddies Party Bus.

Injured or unwell children should not attend.
